For and in consideration of LEAGUE KINETIC (BrownSchuGa LLC) permitting my minor child to enter upon the playing field areas used by LEAGUE KINETIC and participate in any activity conducted thereon, I waive, release, and discharge any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action I may have individually or on account of injury to my minor child, property damage, or death resulting from personal injury suffered by my child, caused in whole or in part by the negligence of LEAGUE KINETIC, its employees, agents, servants, officers, directors, volunteers, members, or other participants. I assume full responsibility for any risk of personal injury, property damage, or death and covenant not to sue LEAGUE KINETIC or its employees, agents, servants, officers, directors, volunteers, or members for injuries, property damage, or death resulting from participation.
I authorize any LEAGUE KINETIC official to provide or enlist emergency medical treatment as necessary for my minor child’s health and safety. I agree that no official or volunteer will be held responsible for injuries or damages arising from the provision of emergency medical treatment.
I agree to maintain good conduct while my minor child participates in LEAGUE KINETIC activities. I further agree that my minor child will follow all LEAGUE KINETIC policies, rules, and regulations. Participation may be revoked if these policies, rules, or regulations are not observed.
It is my express and specific desire to permit my minor child to participate in and compete in the registered activity. By executing this waiver, I release LEAGUE KINETIC, its employees, agents, officers, directors, volunteers, and members from liability for any injuries my minor child may sustain.
Parents, coaches, commissioners, and observers must demonstrate good sportsmanship, encourage all participants, prioritize children’s emotional and physical well-being, respect officials and coaches, and serve as positive role models. Drugs, tobacco, alcohol, harassment, abuse, disrespect, and disturbances are prohibited at LEAGUE KINETIC events. Concerns about a coach must wait 24 hours and be addressed through scheduled communication; unresolved issues should be escalated to LEAGUE KINETIC support staff.
A full refund will be issued when requested before registration closes, or after registration closes but before uniforms, equipment, league fees, or other expenses have been incurred. No refund will be granted after expenses have been incurred; participants will receive ordered items. Refunds are not considered after an event concludes. If an event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds follow these guidelines. When LEAGUE KINETIC did not receive registration funds, the hosting organization’s refund guidelines apply.
LEAGUE KINETIC requires waiver approval for any photograph or image of likeness used on its website, social media platforms, and advertising materials.
