WHAT IS LEAGUE KINETIC?

A seven-week youth developmental basketball league presented by Sevens Elite Basketball.

Most youth leagues throw kids into games and hope they figure it out. League Kinetic flips that. Every Sunday starts with 75 minutes of individual and team skill work, then players put it to use in 45 minutes of 3v3 live play. The seven weeks are progressive: each session builds on the last, moving from stance and footwork all the way to full team offense, defense, and game IQ. By the final Sunday, players have a complete foundation — not just game reps.
